Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with materials, inventory, and data? We're seeking a Material Control Coordinator to support production and shipping operations by tracking and organizing materials to meet critical deadlines.
Location: Wilton, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday| 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track material flow to meet shipping quantities and schedules
- Read and interpret sales orders to prepare and assemble material kits
- Count and return unused parts from production to stock
- Collaborate with departments to ensure on-time shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate part counts
- Analyze data related to material usage and order fulfillment
- Document inventory activity and maintain records
- Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Support other material handling or inventory duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a material handling, warehouse, or production support role
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel
- Prior experience in inventory or material control is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
