Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with materials, inventory, and data? We're seeking a Material Control Coordinator to support production and shipping operations by tracking and organizing materials to meet critical deadlines.

Location: Wilton, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday| 7am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track material flow to meet shipping quantities and schedules
• Read and interpret sales orders to prepare and assemble material kits
• Count and return unused parts from production to stock
• Collaborate with departments to ensure on-time shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate part counts
• Analyze data related to material usage and order fulfillment
• Document inventory activity and maintain records
• Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Support other material handling or inventory duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a material handling, warehouse, or production support role
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel
• Prior experience in inventory or material control is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
