Job Description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a prominent plaintiff personal injury firm in Newark in their search for a full-time Case Manager. This role will join a fast-paced legal team focused on high-stakes litigation against large corporate defendants. The firm is looking to add 1–2 new team members to support its growing caseload.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills and a client-focused mindset. Legal experience is helpful but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client interviews and assist with new case intake
  • Order, organize, and review medical records; flag key information
  • Maintain and update case data using Litify (Salesforce-based CRM)
  • Coordinate with attorneys and other staff to move cases forward
  • Maintain regular contact with clients using firm’s automated communications tools

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Bonus potential of up to $900 per bi-weekly pay period based on client satisfaction
  • Additional performance-based bonuses for diligence and KPI benchmarks
  • Up to $5,800 in bonuses banked during a 90-day probationary period, paid upon completion
  • Monthly $245 parking or transit stipend starting after the first month
  • Paid parking available; additional benefits to be rolled out in the future

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of information and work independently
  • Comfortable with technology and open to learning new platforms
  • Prior law firm or client service experience preferred, but not required

This is an onsite role located at the Gateway Center in Newark, easily accessible by PATH, NJ Transit, and light rail.
