The Staff Nurse essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

Schedule: 2-3 weekdays (6:15am-2:45pm) with rotating Saturdays (7:15am-10:00am)

Location: 727 Broadway St., Quincy, IL

Pay Rate: $30.00

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required
