Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and clinic protocols.
- Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any significant changes.
- Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the EMR system.
- Support patient education and promote positive health outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Active MT LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a primary care or outpatient setting.
