Position Summary

NOW Exit is seeking a motivated M&A Analyst Intern to support our deal team throughout active transaction processes. This role offers direct exposure to live deals and the opportunity to develop core investment banking skills. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about financial modeling, valuation, and the M&A process in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing confidential information memorandums (CIMs), financial summaries, and client marketing materials.
• Conduct industry and buyer research to identify potential acquirers and strategic trends.
• Support the creation of financial models and valuations, including comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
• Help organize and maintain deal room materials and manage due diligence requests.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to gain exposure to end-to-end transaction execution.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to senior bankers as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Interest in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
