Job Summary:

The Mail Clerk will provide daily operational support in a fast-paced mail services environment. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various mailroom tasks, including sorting, processing shipments, scanning documents, and operating office equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily mail runs and deliver internal mail.
• Sort incoming and outgoing mail accurately.
• Process FedEx and DHL shipments using respective machines.
• Provide customer service at the mailroom service window.
• Complete paper deliveries to designated departments.
• Scan documents and manage digital records as needed.
• Operate mailroom equipment including copiers, scanners, and envelope opener machines.
• Perform extensive standing, walking, and lifting during daily tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to operate copiers, scanners, FedEx/DHL machines, and envelope openers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available for heavier items).
• Comfortable with extensive standing and walking.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
