Director – Electrical Division (Construction)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Relocation Package Available)

Compensation: $200,000 – $210,000 + 30–40% Bonus + Relocation Package + Vehicle & Gas Card + Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

The Opportunity

As Director of Electrical Operations , you will:

• Lead and oversee a $30M division focused on industrial electrical projects , including a flagship, multi-year contract delivering services to regional wastewater facilities .
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, Estimators, and support staff , ensuring operational excellence and high-performing project delivery.
• Partner with the business development team to drive sales growth , secure repeat clients, and expand market presence.
• Take full ownership of P&L performance , strategic planning, and organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a Senior Manager or Director within Electrical Construction , preferably with industrial project experience.
• Strong background leading P&L responsibilities of $20M+ .
• Experience driving performance across diverse project teams while building client relationships and ensuring profitability.
• A hands-on, inspirational leader with the vision and drive to elevate a division to the next level.
