Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)

Pay Range: $70K+ BOE

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Account Manager to support the marketing efforts of a real estate management company based in Scottsdale. In this role, you’ll be responsible for digital marketing strategy and execution for a regional portfolio of residential communities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, project coordination, and communication skills to a fast-paced team environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing digital campaign execution with performance reporting and vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, re-targeting, and social platforms.
• Oversee website updates and digital presence for each assigned property.
• Track campaign performance, analyze traffic sources, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with external partners to implement marketing initiatives on time and within scope.
• Support internal marketing communications and project updates.
• Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
• Proficiency with SEO/SEM best practices and performance data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
