  • Ensure compliance with each marketplace's unique data requirements, standards, and formats.
  • Monitor product listings for accuracy, availability, and adherence to platform guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data syndication and integration.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to ensure product data meets their specific needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all product-related data inquiries and issues.
  • Administer and optimize Product Information Management (PIM) systems and tools.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing systems and workflows to handle large data volumes efficiently.

  • Generate reports on product data quality, completeness, and performance.
  • Analyze trends in product data usage and recommend strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with PIM systems (e.g., Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo), ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
