This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist located in Chicago, IL. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing incoming phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Daily tasks also include verifying insurance information, maintaining the orderliness of the office, and performing general receptionist duties to ensure smooth office operations.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and time management
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and maintaining an organized medical office
• Knowledge of Insurance Verification and patient documentation
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
