Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Spa Manager with a proven background in sales, team leadership, and business development. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, organized, and passionate about aesthetics, client experience, and growing a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient workflow
• Lead, motivate, and manage aestheticians, front desk, and medical staff
• Set and achieve monthly sales, retention, and performance goals
• Create and implement strategies for client retention, memberships, and new business growth
• Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to plan promotions and client events
• Ensure compliance with company and medical spa standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience (medical spa, salon, or aesthetic industry preferred)
• Proven success in sales, leadership, and achieving performance goals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Proficient in spa management and CRM software
