Job Description:

• 10–15 years of experience in MRB processes.
• Project Lead for data-driven initiatives within Quality Engineering (QE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), and Material Review Board (MRB).
• Lead analytical projects, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements through insights.
• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, defect analysis, and MRB procedures.
• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and Solumina.
• Familiarity with machining, casting, forging, and special processes (e.g., heat treatment, NDT, Coating).
• Experience with flight control system parts (e.g., stabilizers, rudders, actuators) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including RCA and CAPA implementation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Thorough understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, AS9102).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Must be a US Citizen or US Person.
