NURSE MANAGER, OPERATING ROOM

A local Health system is looking for a Nurse Manager for their Surgical Services. This a Medium Sized Community Hospital with 8 OR Rooms, around 7000 surgeries per year. Surgeries range from General, Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, Breast, Joint replacement and Urology.

Nurse Manager, Operating Room

DETAILS--

• GREAT SUPPORT! Two Assistant Nurse Managers report to this role, one does monthly reports the other helps with quality. However, you can decide their scope of responsibility.
• Financially investing in hospital! Adding more surgeons and new EMR system.

NURSE MANAGER, OPERATING ROOM

Medical benefits and Salary:

• Salary range: $115,000 to $135,000
• PTO time : 4+weeks plus Holidays
• Excellent medical coverage, hardly any deductible.

NURSE MANAGER, OPERATING ROOM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse that has a Valid PA and current nursing license.
• Recent Experience in Operating Room for at least 3 years.
• Leadership experience for 2yrs or more as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Perioperative; team lead, Operating Room, running the board or nurse manager role in Perioperative Services.
