Title: Construction Office Assistant

Location: Richmond, VA

Compensation: $50,000-60,000.00

Tiello has partnered with an established construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking an experienced office assistant to support their continued growth and company success.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls
• Apply for Permits
• O & M Manuels
• Miss Utitly Tickets
• Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance Schedules
• Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
• Order office supplies and provide inventory control system

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
