This is an In-Office position. You must be able to commute to the office on South Beach daily.

🎥 Onsite Videographer & Documentary Interviewer Miami Beach Studio (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Technical Skills:

• We are looking for a professional videographer to conduct and film interviews for a documentary series about entrepreneurs and their personal and professional experiences. 
• As the videographer you will be responsible for delivering professional quality video AND professional quality sound. 
• As the media manager,, when the interviews are completed, you will be responsible for organizing and uploading the media according to our fairly simple protocols. 

Social Skills:

• As the interviewer, you will be responsible for getting the interview subjects to tell their stories with confidence and clarity. 
• You will be given an interview script, but you may. at times. need to coach the subjects to clarify or improve their answers. 

All the gear is in-house. You just need to know how to operate it. 

Here are some links to examples of our finished episodes. These examples only include an A-Cam and a B-Cam, but you’ll also need to set up a C-Cam as well. 

Job requirements:

• Experience conducting interviews with people on camera while filming them.
• Experience setting up cameras and lighting equipment and filming subjects in a professional studio environment.
• Experience with Sony FX3, FX6, FX30 cameras (or the equivalent).
• Experience setting up lav mics and recording professional quality audio.
• Experience with media management.

What the job entails:

• Pay Structure – $150 flat rate per session (≈ 3 hrs on-site filming + 10-20 min footage upload).
• Daily Potential – We have large back log. Once your calendar fills, you can expect 2 sessions/day. 3/day if you want, but not expected.
• Ramp-Up Period – Month 1 will be lighter while bookings build on your calendar; and can grow to near full time in 2-4 months.
• Long-Term Path – Opportunity transition to a salaried/retainer position and expanded responsibilities.
