Title: Payroll Clerk

Location: Hershey, PA

Contract to Hire

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience , preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Experience with SAP payroll systems strongly preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, large data sets), PowerPoint , and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Additional Information

• Reports to: Senior Plant Controller
• Team Size Supported: ~750 hourly employees
• Training Duration: Approximately 1 month (SAP and payroll rules)
