  • About The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and talented  Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas, and take our lead generation to new heights. You’ll be the person behind end-to-end client acquisition: lead gen forms, ads campaigns, lead generation, lead assignment systems, lead conversion tracking, across Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.

As of now we invest tens of thousands of dollars every month, mostly on Meta and Google, and generate thousands of leads from clients looking to rent an apartment. Now, we want to do 10x more and better!

This is an in person work role (4 days in person in our Austin, Texas office, 1 day remote)

You'll work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO, Jose Costa Rodrigues — a high-energy leader passionate about using content to craft narratives, tell compelling stories, and share powerful messages with the world, as well as the Co-Founder & Chief Sales Officer, Henrique Bras, and the marketing team: social media manager, creative director and content editor, who are focused on creating engaging content.

Experience of 4+ years in paid media, performance marketing, lead gen, demand gen or client acquisition.

  • Job description:

Budget Management & Strategic Allocation:

Manage and allocate the budget by channel, campaign, and period, with a strong focus on profitability and performance.

Ad Selection & Publishing Based on Top “Deals”

Select the most attractive content, listings, or offers on a weekly basis to feature in paid ads and organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.

A/B Testing for Creatives, Audiences, and Formats

Run regular tests to determine which combinations generate the most qualified leads and the lowest cost per acquisition.

Lead Distribution Optimization

Adjust the lead assignment flow by prioritizing real estate agents with the best performance and availability.

Creation & Maintenance of Lead Nurturing Automations

Develop automated campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications) for follow-ups, transactions, and re-engagement.

CRM Integration & Coordination

Ensure all lead data and interactions are fully synced with the CRM, including automations and custom events.

Continuous Improvement of Landing Pages & Funnels

Optimize landing page layouts and forms to improve conversion rates.

Implementation & Management of Tracking and Analytics

Use tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and Hotjar to monitor user behavior, identify funnel friction points, and feed relevant data into the CRM.

Collaboration with Content and Tech Teams

Work with the content team to test creatives and with the tech team to implement CRM and lead flow improvements.

Alignment with the Sales Team:

Collaborating with agents on a regular basis to understand pain points and optimize the lead-to-close process.

Following up consistently with agents who receive company-generated leads, offering support and insights to improve their performance.

Highlighting success stories from top-performing agents to inspire and guide others.

Create onboarding and training sessions related to company leads, helping to boost overall agent conversion rates.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that company leads are successfully nurtured and closed — turning into measurable revenue.

  • Who You Are:

Social media native: You’re a Gen Z or Millennial (or just totally in tune with that culture) who lives and breathes social media. TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts – you know them inside out, and you’re always ahead of the curve on what’s next, in order to create strong ads/campaigns that can reach our audience with a great ROI.

Strategic & data-driven: You love digging into the numbers to gauge what’s working. You base decisions on insights and aren’t afraid to experiment to improve results.

Organized multitasker: Managing multiple campaigns, multiple platforms, and collaborating with various people excites you (rather than overwhelms you). You can juggle projects and keep things running smoothly, all with an upbeat attitude.

Collaborative spirit: You communicate well and thrive in a team. You’ll be working with our CEO, marketing manager, videographer, editor, agents, etc – you know how to coordinate, listen to ideas, and also inject your own creativity to elevate the end product.

Passionate about our space: Maybe you’re a bit of an entrepreneur yourself, a real estate/design enthusiast, or maybe you just love the idea of helping people find homes. Either way, you’re excited about our content (homes, apartments, lifestyle) and the chance to innovate in real estate marketing.

You’ve managed accounts or grown paid acquisition departments before with tangible results – show us what you’ve done! 

Austin-ready: You live in the Austin, TX area or are willing to relocate ASAP. You’re excited to be on-site with the team most of the week.

Base Salary: $6,000 per month base pay

Monthly Bonus: $2,000 per month potential bonus based on achieving KPIs
