PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER

As a leading plaintiff’s Elder Abuse and Personal Injury firm, we fight for justice every day. We’re looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager who is passionate about client care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contact new clients within 24 hours of assignment
  • Review and complete documentation; gather missing items
  • Coordinate medical treatment and ensure ongoing care
  • Maintain active, updated notes in Litify at each stage
  • Communicate regularly with clients (minimum biweekly)
  • Interface with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lienholders
  • Assist with property damage, MedPay, and rental claims
  • File government claims and calendar key deadlines
  • Partner with attorneys and records staff on Serious Injury cases
  • Draft PPE summaries and assist with settlement preparation
  • Advise clients on lost wages, credit issues, and case expectations
  • Support negotiations under attorney direction as needed
  • Encourage clients to share their experience via positive reviews
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of personal injury case management experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of insurance and medical billing processes
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Litify experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with empathy and efficiency
  • Team-first attitude and professional demeanor
