Hayward Holdings is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our sanitization product portfolio. In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and development process for innovative sanitization solutions that meet evolving customer needs while upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product success and market impact.

About the Role:

Lead the development and growth of Hayward's sanitization product portfolio. Define the product strategy, roadmap, and development process while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for sanitization products aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors, using insights to guide product development.
• Product Development & Innovation: Work with engineering and design teams to create, test, and launch sanitization products that meet safety standards. Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations for product adoption and successful launches.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization. Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products meet EPA, FDA, and other regulatory standards. Stay updated on compliance changes.
• Performance & Improvement: Analyze product metrics and enhance products using Agile methodologies and data insights.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in sanitization, health & safety, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in B2B/B2C product management and launching products.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sanitization products and regulatory compliance.
• Proven success in taking products from concept to launch.
• Analytical skills and experience with market research and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sanitization products for industrial, commercial, or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives.
• Product Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, Pragmatic Institute).

Additional Info:

• Some travel required.
