Job Description

“NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work onsite, based on the client’s specified hybrid work schedule (currently onsite 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).”

Project Manager for Sunnyvale, CA for a 12-month Contract with possible extensions.

Responsibilities:

** Communication must be excellent as they will be in front of stakeholders and partners**

• Create project plan for complex projects
• Manage and track status
• Identify risks and come up with options to mitigate risk
• Draft project status updates for leadership
• Work within iWork Suite (Keynote, Numbers
• Work in Excel for vLookups and pivot tables
• Create presentations, and present to high level stakeholders
• Work within Tableau to extract data entry

Required Skills :

• Project Manager with 4-8+ yrs experience in Enterprise type companies
• Proficient in iWork Suite (Keynote, Numbers)
• Excel, skilled in vLookups and pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Basic Tableau experience for extracting data entry
• Experience process mapping
• Ability to work in an ambitious environment and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
• Curious, self-starter who can learn with minimal guidance
• Strong attention to detail
