Position Overview:

Our client company is looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Property Management Assistant to join their friendly team. This role includes both in-office and field work such as vendor coordination, rent tracking, and monthly reporting.

Main Duties:

• Handle repair vendors and attend property visits
• Respond to rental inquiries and assist with showings
• Check rent payments and update internal system (Rentec)
• Prepare invoices and monthly reports for property owners

Must to Have:

• Driver’s license
• Fluent Japanese and English and PC skills
• Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn

Nice to Have:

• California Salesperson License (not required)
• Property management experience (not required)
