About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a well-maintained residential community in Madison. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to take full ownership of the property’s performance and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and routine financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
  • Handle resident inquiries, service requests, and conflict resolution with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience in multifamily or similar settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
