Composed of ten companies across the great state of Maine, Woodlands Senior Living provides a residence for more than 700 seniors to age gracefully, happily, and comfortably surrounded by compassionate caregivers. All ten of those companies have become the first in Maine to receive Joint Commission accreditation! On a mission to make each day the best day possible for every resident served, we have embarked on yet another ground-breaking concept – a senior living provider practice – and we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our existing team of exceptional providers.

Essentials Functions:

· Manages the practice's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, goals and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the practice. Monitors departmental budgets, contracts and vendor relations. 

· Develops provider referrals through marketing of the practice's services. Facilitates relationships between providers and Woodlands Senior Living staff, residents and their family members. 

· Oversees the coordination of provider schedules to ensure timely visits with residents, including telehealth services. Oversees the billing, coding, and collections processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle management.

· Performs, coordinates and monitors the provider credentialing verification process. Ensures that requisite license, malpractice coverage and required certifications are current for all providers. Maintains knowledge of and compliance with provider staff accreditation standards.

· Manages staff relations including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field. 

· Experience as a Practice Manager in a primary care setting is preferred. 

· Must have strong computer literacy. 

· Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task efficiently. 

· A current valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required. 

· Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza. 

· Must complete a criminal history record check to the satisfaction of the company.
