Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Summary:
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to high-acuity adult patients in a supportive, growth-focused environment. This role includes conducting evaluations, managing medications, and participating in interventional psychiatry services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers flexibility, professional development, and a hybrid work structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult patients
• Support interventional psychiatry services, including TMS and esketamine treatments
• Build and maintain a caseload of approximately 32+ patients per week once ramped
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on coaching, professional growth, and continuous learning
Schedule & Shift Details:
• Primarily on-site work: approximately 4 days inthe office and 1 remote day
• Flexible hours and self-selected work style
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Master’s degree or higher
• Active Texas licensure as one of the following:
– Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
– Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified (PMHNP-BC)
– Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Ability to manage high-acuity psychiatric patients
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaborative skills
