Job Title: Quality Lead

As a Quality Lead at Reckitt, your commitment to excellence in quality and compliance will be the foundation of our Health Division. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards, directly impacting global health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential quality issues; report findings to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, engineering, and training teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support training initiatives on quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Investigate root causes of quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Operations Manager.

• Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards).
• Experience with quality control tools and inspection equipment/software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
