Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST
Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
Stakeholder management: someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understanding charters/challenges, etc.
Required skills:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring.
Not tech recruiting. Recruiter needs to understand that they are going to be expected to hit the clear, defined KPI’s monthly and quarterly.
Someone who is extremely organized and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who can manage their time with little direction.
Preferred Skills:
iCIMS Knowledge, a NON-tech background is preferred, Operations background preferred.
