Your Role as an RBT:
- Provide home-based ABA therapy during weekday afternoons, with weekend work also available.
- Provide direct, high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy, following detailed behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
- Accurately collect and document data on behavior and skill development.
- Help clients build essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Engage with supervising BCBAs regularly for training, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Contribute actively to a supportive and positive team environment.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
