Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age, culture, and condition.
• Partner with patients, families, and care teams to ensure care goals are met.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, outcomes, and education accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, quality care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities.
• Serve as a resource for patient education and family support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS Certification (required on hire)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy
• Ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment and emergencies
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Competent in using clinical technology and documentation systems
