GoNanas is a better-for-you banana bread baking mix and the fastest-growing baking mix brand on the market. We’re on a mission to make indulgence accessible, delicious, and fun! As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Merchandiser to support our retail growth and new product launches by ensuring strong in-store execution and building relationships with key retail partners.

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you’ll play a critical role in our retail success by ensuring our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for maximum sales. Your efforts will directly impact our retail expansion and product launches, helping us drive brand awareness and velocity in stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail accounts regularly to support retail growth and product launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and directors.
• Ensure proper placement of in-store signage and promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, address out-of-stock issues, and communicate needs to the team.
• Secure secondary placements, additional facings, and upsells to maximize brand visibility.
• Identify new merchandising opportunities to drive sales and increase velocity.
• Provide feedback on store conditions, competitor activity, and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous merchandising, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
• Passion for food, CPG, and growing an emerging brand!
