Job Summary

Michael Aram is a luxury Home & Fine Jewelry brand, with flagships stores in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. We are seeking both Full Time Sales Associates with a competitive drive & an entrepreneurial spirit. The store is located in Westfield Topanga Shopping Mall.

Passion and ability to communicate the narrative of our brand
Maintain a high level of visual merchandising & housekeeping standards
Protect store assets & Inventory

Requirements:

2 years luxury retail sales experience
Proven track record exceeding sales targets
Exceptional customer service abilities
Proven independent judgement and initiative while working within the established policy and procedural guidelines
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite & Outlook
Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift safely up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for the full time Sales Associate position is $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, sales associates earn commission on a percentage of each individual sale, offering strong earning potential based on performance.
