The Robotics Coordinator - Operating Room Charge RN responsibilities include:

• Proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills
• Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
• Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
• Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members
• Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
• For this position, we strongly prefer at least 2 years RN experience in the Operating Room. Charge or Service Line Coordinator experience preferred.
• This position is a Service Line Coordinator role focused on the Robotics Service Line in the Operating Room.

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Preferred Nurse Specialty

Education:

• Bachelor's Nursing or Bachelor's Science in related field or RN Certification in related field

Experience:

• Required includes 2 years acute care experience or 2 years Interventional/Procedural
• Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship.

Position Details:

• Location: St. Joseph's Women's Hospital
• Status: Full-Time
• Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On Call: Yes
• Always in person
