Roofing Sales Consultant

Location: Burr Ridge, IL | Full-Time | Base + Commission

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct roof inspections and diagnose storm damage or needed repairs

• Serve as the direct point of contact for customers throughout the insurance and roofing process

• Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution

• Collect payments and oversee each project through to completion

• Actively generate new business through field sales in storm-affected neighborhoods

• Manage your sales pipeline and project flow with high autonomy

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales (roofing experience is not required)

• Someone who is comfortable climbing onto roofs and performing on-site inspections

• An individual who values flexibility and financial potential , but also thrives in a results-driven environment

• Must live within 45 minutes of Burr Ridge, IL

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills

• Ability to drive projects independently while working within a team-oriented company culture
