What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming leads provided by the office and generate your own
• Set and confirm roof inspection appointments
• Conduct roof inspections and document findings
• Prepare and submit proposals for approval and present them to customers
• Follow up weekly on active leads and provide status updates
• Manage jobs from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams to issue contracts and schedule projects
• Visit job sites and participate in final customer walk-throughs
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and follow proven systems
• Basic computer and technology skills (CRM experience is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule

• Estimated annual earnings: $60,000 – $250,000+
• Commission-based pay with weekly earnings
• Full-time, part-time, contract, and commission options available
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
