Our electrical construction client is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join their Texas team. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating project schedules for high-profile ground-up builds across South Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
• Review and compare GC look-ahead schedules, perform time impact assessments
• Generate monthly reports on schedule status and performance vs. plan
• Integrate change orders and commissioning milestones into baseline schedules
• Interface with field and office teams to ensure alignment on project timelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling (electrical preferred)
• Strong communication skills and experience working with GCs, subcontractors, and clients
• Skilled in Bluebeam, Excel, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of risk identification and delay analysis
• Degree in construction-related field a plus

Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 base + benefits
