About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Senior A&P Mechanic to join our team in Monroeville, AL. In this role, you’ll help keep our advanced helicopter fleet mission-ready for emergency response. Every flight you support has the power to save lives—making this not just a job, but a career with purpose.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Work closely with the Lead Mechanic to address scheduling needs and unique situations.
• Oversee field base maintenance, including parts, tools, and inventory.
• Prepare and certify reports in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Enter accurate data into RAMCO systems for work packages and equipment status.
• Support operational needs with additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings.
• 2+ years of experience as a certified mechanic.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass pre-placement physicals, drug screening, and background checks.
• For roving team roles: skills in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel and work night shifts as needed.
