Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain processes including scheduling and purchasing with domestic and international suppliers.
• Prepare and manage all vendor contracts including negotiation of rates. Operate as primary contact with vendors.
• Consistently assess supplies, processes, and procedures with lean principles in mind. Make, discuss, and implement cost-saving decisions.
• Manage multiple warehouse locations to ensure timely delivery of supplies to correct locations.
• Participate in new product introduction and development conversations as supply chain expert.
• Assist in mentoring and developing junior level purchasing team members

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, or similar required; relevant, comparable work experience may be substituted
• 5+ years of progressive purchasing experience
• Supply Chain certification highly desired
• Experience working in NPI / NPD environment

Skills:

• Command of ERPs and Excel is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills a must

About the role:

• Full Time, Direct Hire
• Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p
• Primarily on site role with some schedule flexibility
• Comp / Benefits – 80-90K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
