The Role
As a Senior Estimator - Structural Steel , you will:
🔩 Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for Heavy Civil , Highway , and Vertical Construction projects.
🔩 Analyze project drawings , specifications, and risk factors .
🔩 Develop full-scope estimates for Bid-Build , Design-Build , and Progressive Design-Build projects.
🔩 Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with teams on cost estimates and subcontractor/vendor pricing .
🔩 Participate in pre-bid meetings , site visits , and post-bid interviews .
What We’re Looking For
✅ BS in Construction Management , Architecture , or Engineering
✅ 15+ years of Preconstruction/Estimating experience in Civil/Site Construction , Structural Systems , Heavy Civil , Highway , and Transit Structures
✅ Proficiency in estimating software (OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, AutoCAD 3D, HCSS Heavy Bid)
✅ Strong organizational , communication , and problem-solving skills
