Workday Adaptive Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Dallas, Texas

Codex are working with a leading Healthcare company looking to hire for a Financial Systems Analyst who is an expert in Workday Adaptive Planning to drive continual improvements to the system. The incoming Systems Analyst will focus on developing new solutions in Adaptive, working closely with finance and others department that utilize Workday Adaptive Planning. This is a great opportunity for those looking to expand their systems knowledge.

Job responsibilities:

• Support and enhance processes using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by thoroughly reviewing, reconciling, and improving data inputs and outputs within the Workday platform.
• Experience building cubed sheets, using allocations to split headcount, supporting 50+ users, etc.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Job requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in finance/finance systems
• Adaptive experience – doesn’t need to be a strong admin but needs experience with a complex environment (they have multiple entities, build complex models)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, or equivalent
