Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction team in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a proven track record of managing residential, multi-family, or living-focused projects from planning through closeout. You will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of residential or multi-family construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Mentor and guide project team members to foster professional growth and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing residential, multi-family, or living-focused construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
