Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
Proven leadership in at least 4 major renewable energy projects as site lead.
Deep understanding of wind turbine installation, civil works, and substation infrastructure.
Strong leadership, particularly in managing contractor interfaces and multidisciplinary teams onsite.
Experience managing schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety and technical standards.
Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Effective relationship management with landowners and local stakeholders.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on, execution-oriented problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full execution of the wind farm project onsite—from site mobilization to final delivery.
Ensure the project is delivered safely, according to specifications, and within schedule and budget.
Enforce strict compliance with timelines, safety protocols, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Provide strong leadership in coordinating contractors and managing interfaces across all construction disciplines (civil, electrical, WTG, commissioning).
Foster seamless integration of external contractors with internal technical and support teams.
Monitor and report on physical progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Represent the company on site, championing values, safety culture, and stakeholder engagement.
Support the technical team with a long-term vision, mentoring local talent and driving team development.
