**Job Title: Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant**

**Location:** Remote

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Spanish-speaking Virtual Medical Assistant to support our dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent virtual customer service to our primarily Spanish-speaking patients.

* **Timely Communication**: Ensure all patient and client calls are returned within one hour during business hours. This includes monitoring incoming calls and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer and return phone calls from patients, ensuring clear and effective communication in Spanish.
* Schedule and book appointments efficiently, managing the virtual calendar to optimize patient flow.
* Address patient inquiries and provide information about our services and procedures via phone and email.
* Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate in our electronic medical record system.
* Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and virtual office operations.

**Qualifications:**

* Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
* Previous experience in a medical office or virtual assistant role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced virtual environment.
* Proficient in using scheduling and medical record software.
