Speech & Love Bilingual Therapy is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Central Valley ! We partner with local public schools to provide essential speech and language services for children on IEPs. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments to evaluate speech and language needs.
• Provide counseling for clients and their families.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives , tracking progress and addressing challenges.
• Collaborate as part of an IEP team for comprehensive case management.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to assessment results.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for progress monitoring.
• Offer cultural and linguistic support to diverse communities.
• Advocate for early intervention through education, training, and community awareness.
• Assist with administrative tasks , such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and material preparation.
• Uphold professional ethics and standards as outlined by California regulations and ASHA guidelines .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $67.00 - $77.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
