Compensation Information:

• Salary Range: $82,000 - $105,000 (additional compensation based on experience)
• Pay-per-billed-visit range: $35-$36/billed visit (30-minutes) | $120 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour (additional compensation based on experience)
• Clinic Fellows: $36.50/hour
• Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10,000
• Flexible Compensation Models: Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
• Performance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a year

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and schools
• Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
• Manage cases according to quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Colorado DORA SLP license
• BLS/CPR certification

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
