We're seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancement efforts across a range of cloud-based applications and services.

🔍 Role Overview: As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operational needs, troubleshooting complex issues, and continuously improving system performance and availability. You will work across multiple cloud environments, helping ensure that services remain secure, stable, and aligned with evolving project goals and industry best practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily O&M tasks, including monitoring, patching, backups, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Implement enhancements and infrastructure upgrades based on system performance and feedback.
• Ensure high availability and resiliency of cloud-hosted systems using best practices.
• Develop and refine infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
• Collaborate with application and security teams to align infrastructure with system requirements.
• Manage logging, alerting, and monitoring using tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and GCP Operations Suite.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident support.
• Support environment provisioning, service rollouts, and controlled deployments.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on cloud experience with a focus on systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Working experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (at least two in-depth).
• Solid experience with Linux and Windows server administration in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE).
• Knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, IAM, and policy management.
• Active certification in one of the cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Architect).

🏆Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal systems or mission-critical applications.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, or FISMA.
• Experience managing cloud resource schedules and automation for efficiency (cost reduction is a plus, but not primary).
• Proficiency with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
