What will your day look like? As a Store Manager you will:

• Lead and oversee the retail destination, acting as a strong representation of company values, standards, and organization. Manage store schedule, budgets, and weekly payroll.
• Lead the team to ensure success in reaching monthly store sales goals, maintain visual displays, build guest relationships, organize back stock, and engage in weekly team conference calls.
• Receive and process shipments, undergo daily inventory counts of fine goods, perform light cleaning duties, operate the register and handle cash.
• Train team members on store operating procedures, selling techniques, and the POS system.
• Hire in store team members as needed and solve any scheduling issues. Ensure daily reports of stores performance are accurate and complete.
• Maintain a consistent and active presence on the sales floor, providing coverage where necessary to maintain store hours, service standards, and an elevated guest experience.

You’ll be a good fit for the Store Manager role if you have:

• 4+ years of retail management experience
• A thorough background of retail and skillsets including processing shipment arrivals, customer service, POS system, product knowledge, and answering calls and emails.
• Experience assisting high-end clientele and the ability to educate team members on the same skills
• Strong self-motivation and detail orientation skills while also being excited to motivate team members – able to think independently and troubleshoot technical difficulties.
• Days, nights, and some weekends are a must; full responsibility for store operational hours.
• Passion about luxury fashion and brands
