Global Private Equity Backed Cosmetics/Beauty/E-Commerce/Consumer Products Firm Seeks a Senior Manager/Director, Tax
*Reporting to the Controller, Dotted line to the CFO
*Lead All Aspects of Tax for this High Growth Company
*Manage the Preparation and Review of Federal and State Income Tax Returns, Tax Provisions, and International Income Tax Compliance and Strategy
*Manage All Tax-Related Inquiries and Analysis
*Oversee US Sales Tax Compliance/ Sales & Use Tax Filings
*Optimize Strategic Tax Planning
*Manage Relationships with All Third Party Tax Vendors/Outsourced Tax Relationships
*Monitor Future Tax Legislation; Stay on Top of all New Tax Regulations
*Lead Continuous Tax Process Improvements
*Manage Property Tax Audits
*Ensure International Tax Compliance
*Oversee Transfer Pricing Policies/Compliance and Monitor Legal Entities
*Plan and Execute Global Tax Strategies in Compliance with Regulations
*Special Projects
Qualifications:
*7-10 Years of Tax Experience- Must have a Mix of Public/Private; CPA a Must
*Must Have Consumer Products/Goods, Retail, E-Commerce, or Beauty Industry Experience
*Ideal Candidates will be Coming out of High-Growth Firms
*Strong background in Federal, State & Sales & Use Taxes
Base Salary 175k-200k + RSU's. Excellent Benefits & Full Comprehensive Package including & 7 Weeks PTO & Summer Hours. Role is FULLY REMOTE.
