Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Analyst located in Newport Beach, CA. The Research Analyst will be primarily for Tenant Rep division, responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing real estate market data to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough market research, mapping, preparing reports, analyzing statistical trends, local broker relations, and communicating findings to the team and stakeholders. Collaboration with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives is a critical component of the role.
