Territory Sales Specialist

Location: Remote within Dallas, Texas (with local travel)

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Travel: Territory-based, with in-person client visits, events, and trade shows

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and marketing teams across your territory.
  • Identify prospect needs and present customized, results-focused marketing strategies.
  • Sell a suite of integrated advertising solutions, including advanced digital marketing, targeted campaigns, and traditional media options.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, strategy sessions, and product presentations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide timely sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, PPC, targeted campaigns) highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to both “hunt” and “farm” accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus.
  • Background in agriculture, equipment sales, or marketing sales a strong plus for territory alignment.
