Senior Title/Escrow Coordinator

America Safe Title is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Title/Escrow Coordinator to join our growing team. If you’re a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in title and escrow operations, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end title and escrow processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless closings
• Review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare necessary documentation
• Coordinate closing schedules and maintain compliance throughout the transaction
• Work collaboratively with internal teammates to deliver a smooth and professional client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in title and/or escrow coordination required
• Qualia experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of title processes, real estate documentation, and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to work onsite in our Madison Heights office
