Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is located in Denver, Colorado.

Duties:

• Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Utilize and contribute to our existing design system, focusing on reusable and flexible components
• Collaborate daily with a team of designers to refine concepts and deliver impactful solutions
• Present design solutions and articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, including large groups
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, gathering feedback and incorporating it into designs
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all design outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer
• A strong professional portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Experience or understanding of building design systems and thinking about designs in terms of reusable components
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to eloquently speak to your work
• Solid experience with wireframing
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring error-free designs and documentation
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating with stakeholder

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $115,000 - $140,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
